


We have 2 upcoming yoga classes. Both require pre-registration, run for 4-weeks, and cost $60 +hst. Drop-ins are allowed space-permitting (please contact us).

HOT HATHA
Explore postures one at a time, allowing for deeper self-awareness and connection with the breath. You will be guided through a wide variety of movement and poses in a heated room. This class is not suitable for pregnant people. Beginners welcome.
When: Sunday @ 8.30am March 12 – April 2

WARM UNWIND YOGA
This class will begin with some gentle seated, kneeling, or standing movement before transitioning to deeper stretches and twists. Slow down, tune in, and unwind in a lightly heated room. This class is not recommended for pregnant people. Beginners welcome.
