If you have been thinking of trying yoga, but you’re not sure where to start, this is the class for you! Learn the basic movements of a typical yoga class, as well as some background information and common phrases. This class will explore a variety of yoga styles, so that you can try different things and find what works for you. A small class size ensures that the instructor will have time to answer any questions you might have.

Nicole leads classes that are strongly focused on synchronizing the breath with movement to create an awareness of the present moment.

Sessions are 8 weeks long, and priced at $100 plus HST.
