A relaxing and gentle way to return to yoga after pregnancy. Postpartum yoga classes focus on calming breathing techniques, and postures that are gentle and geared towards postpartum recovery.
Nicole leads classes that are strongly focused on synchronizing the breath with movement to create an awareness of the present moment. She loves guiding prenatal and postpartum classes, assisting expectant and new mothers in finding just a bit more ease through pregnancy, birth, and adjusting to motherhood.
Sessions are 6 weeks long, and priced at $90 plus HST.
