A relaxing and gentle way to stay active through your pregnancy, prenatal yoga classes focus on calming breathing techniques, and postures that are safe and practical to help you stay balanced during your pregnancy. 

Nicole leads classes that are strongly focused on synchronizing the breath with movement to create an awareness of the present moment. She loves guiding prenatal and postpartum classes, assisting expectant and new mothers in finding just a bit more ease through pregnancy, birth, and adjusting to motherhood.

Sessions are 4 weeks long, and priced at $60 plus HST.
